Eine h\u00e4ufig gestellte Frage zu unserem Geschirr aus recyceltem PET (rPET) betrifft dessen Strapazierf\u00e4higkeit: <strong>Kann man darin kochend hei\u00dfe Suppe direkt vom Herd servieren? Kann man es direkt aus dem Gefrierschrank in die Mikrowelle stellen, ohne dass es Risse bekommt?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Antwort auf beide Fragen lautet eindeutig <strong>ja<\/strong>. Wir behaupten nicht nur, dass unsere Produkte langlebig sind, sondern beweisen dies auch durch strenge Belastungstests, bei denen unsere Produkte \u00fcber die realen Einsatzbedingungen hinaus beansprucht werden.<\/p>\n<h4>Die Thermoschock-Herausforderung<\/h4>\n<p>Um die Robustheit unseres rPET-Materials zu demonstrieren, haben wir einen extremen Thermoschocktest durchgef\u00fchrt. Dieses Verfahren simuliert extreme Szenarien, die weit \u00fcber den typischen t\u00e4glichen Gebrauch hinausgehen. So haben wir die Grenzen getestet:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ybc-ol-component ybc-ol-component_1\">\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Exposition gegen\u00fcber extremer Hitze:<\/strong>\u200b Wir f\u00fcllten unsere rPET-Schalen mit frisch erhitztem \u00d6l (um Temperaturen von \u00fcber 100 \u00b0C \/ 212 \u00b0F zu simulieren).<\/li>\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Sofortiges Einfrieren:<\/strong>\u200b Unmittelbar nach dem Erhitzen wurden die Schalen direkt in einen Gefrierschrank bei -18 \u00b0C (0 \u00b0F) gestellt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Rapid Cycling:<\/strong>\u200b Nach 10 Minuten wurden die Sch\u00fcsseln untersucht und als v\u00f6llig unversehrt befunden. Anschlie\u00dfend wiederholten wir den Vorgang \u2013 wir f\u00fcllten kochendes \u00d6l hinzu und stellten die Sch\u00fcsseln wieder in den Gefrierschrank.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Wir haben unser rPET-Geschirr diesem extremen Wechsel zwischen Hitze und K\u00e4lte unterzogen <strong>f\u00fcnf Mal hintereinander<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Das Ergebnis: Keine Kompromisse<\/h4>\n<p>Nach f\u00fcnf vollst\u00e4ndigen Zyklen intensiver Temperaturwechselbeanspruchung blieb unser rPET-Geschirr <strong>baulich einwandfrei, rissfrei und unbesch\u00e4digt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diese Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit beweist, dass unser Herstellungsverfahren ein Produkt hervorbringt, das nicht nur umweltfreundlich, sondern auch mechanisch \u00fcberragend ist.
