Una pregunta habitual que nos hacen sobre nuestra vajilla de PET reciclado (rPET) se refiere a su resistencia: <strong>\u00bfAguanta la sopa muy caliente reci\u00e9n sacada del fuego? \u00bfSe puede pasar del congelador al microondas sin que se agriete?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La respuesta a ambas preguntas es un rotundo <strong>s\u00ed<\/strong>. No nos limitamos a afirmar que nuestros productos son duraderos; lo demostramos mediante rigurosas pruebas de resistencia dise\u00f1adas para someterlos a condiciones m\u00e1s exigentes que las del uso diario.<\/p>\n<h4>El reto del choque t\u00e9rmico<\/h4>\n<p>Para demostrar la resistencia de nuestro material rPET, hemos llevado a cabo una prueba de choque t\u00e9rmico extremo. Este procedimiento simula situaciones extremas que superan con creces el uso diario habitual. A continuaci\u00f3n explicamos c\u00f3mo hemos puesto a prueba sus l\u00edmites:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ybc-ol-component ybc-ol-component_1\">\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Exposici\u00f3n al calor extremo:<\/strong>\u200b Llenamos nuestros recipientes de rPET con aceite reci\u00e9n hervido (simulando temperaturas superiores a 100 \u00b0C \/ 212 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Congelaci\u00f3n inmediata:<\/strong>\u200b Inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de calentarlos, los cuencos se trasladaron directamente a un congelador a -18 \u00b0C (0 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Ciclo r\u00e1pido:<\/strong>\u200b Pasados 10 minutos, se inspeccionaron los cuencos y se comprob\u00f3 que estaban completamente intactos. A continuaci\u00f3n, repetimos el proceso: a\u00f1adimos aceite hirviendo y volvimos a meter los cuencos en el congelador.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sometimos nuestra vajilla de rPET a este ciclo extremo de calor y congelaci\u00f3n <strong>cinco veces seguidas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Los resultados: sin concesiones<\/h4>\n<p>Tras cinco ciclos completos de choque t\u00e9rmico intenso, nuestra vajilla de rPET segu\u00eda <strong>en buen estado estructural, sin grietas e intacto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este nivel de resistencia demuestra que nuestro proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n da lugar a un producto que no solo es respetuoso con el medio ambiente, sino que tambi\u00e9n ofrece unas prestaciones mec\u00e1nicas superiores.
