Une question qui nous est souvent pos\u00e9e au sujet de notre vaisselle en PET recycl\u00e9 (rPET) concerne sa r\u00e9sistance : <strong>Peut-on y verser de la soupe br\u00fblante tout juste sortie de la cuisini\u00e8re ? Peut-on le passer du cong\u00e9lateur au micro-ondes sans qu'il se fende ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces deux questions est sans \u00e9quivoque : <strong>oui<\/strong>. Nous ne nous contentons pas d'affirmer que nos produits sont r\u00e9sistants ; nous le d\u00e9montrons gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des tests de r\u00e9sistance rigoureux, con\u00e7us pour pousser nos produits au-del\u00e0 des conditions r\u00e9elles d'utilisation.<\/p>\n<h4>Le d\u00e9fi du choc thermique<\/h4>\n<p>Afin de d\u00e9montrer la r\u00e9sistance de notre mat\u00e9riau rPET, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un essai de choc thermique extr\u00eame. Cette proc\u00e9dure simule des situations extr\u00eames allant bien au-del\u00e0 d'une utilisation quotidienne normale. Voici comment nous avons test\u00e9 ses limites :<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ybc-ol-component ybc-ol-component_1\">\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Exposition \u00e0 une chaleur extr\u00eame :<\/strong>\u200b Nous avons rempli nos bols en rPET d'huile fra\u00eechement port\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9bullition (pour simuler des temp\u00e9ratures sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 100 \u00b0C \/ 212 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Cong\u00e9lation imm\u00e9diate :<\/strong>\u200b D\u00e8s la fin du chauffage, les bols ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s directement dans un cong\u00e9lateur \u00e0 -18 \u00b0C (0 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Changements rapides de phase :<\/strong>\u200b Au bout de 10 minutes, nous avons examin\u00e9 les bols et constat\u00e9 qu'ils \u00e9taient parfaitement intacts. Nous avons ensuite r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 l'op\u00e9ration : nous avons vers\u00e9 de l'huile bouillante dans les bols, puis les avons remis au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nous avons soumis notre vaisselle en rPET \u00e0 ce cycle extr\u00eame passant de la chaleur intense au gel. <strong>cinq fois d'affil\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Les r\u00e9sultats : aucun compromis<\/h4>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cinq cycles complets de chocs thermiques intenses, notre vaisselle en rPET est rest\u00e9e <strong>en bon \u00e9tat sur le plan structurel, sans fissures et intact.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce niveau de r\u00e9sistance prouve que notre processus de fabrication permet d'obtenir un produit non seulement respectueux de l'environnement, mais \u00e9galement d'une qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique sup\u00e9rieure.
