Vi n\u00f6jer oss inte med att bara h\u00e4vda att v\u00e5ra produkter \u00e4r h\u00e5llbara \u2013 vi bevisar det genom noggranna belastningstester som \u00e4r utformade f\u00f6r att uts\u00e4tta v\u00e5ra produkter f\u00f6r p\u00e5frestningar som \u00f6verstiger de som f\u00f6rekommer i verkligheten.<\/p>\n<h4>Utmaningen med termisk chock<\/h4>\n<p>F\u00f6r att visa hur t\u00e5ligt v\u00e5rt rPET-material \u00e4r genomf\u00f6rde vi ett kr\u00e4vande v\u00e4rmechocktest. S\u00e5 h\u00e4r testade vi gr\u00e4nserna:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ybc-ol-component ybc-ol-component_1\">\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Uts\u00e4ttelse f\u00f6r extrem hetta:<\/strong>\u200b Vi fyllde v\u00e5ra rPET-sk\u00e5lar med nykokt olja (f\u00f6r att simulera temperaturer \u00f6ver 100 \u00b0C \/ 212 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Omedelbar frysning:<\/strong>\u200b Omedelbart efter uppv\u00e4rmningen f\u00f6rdes sk\u00e5larna direkt in i en frys med en temperatur p\u00e5 -18 \u00b0C (0 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n<li class=\"ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ol\"><strong>Snabbcykling:<\/strong>\u200b Efter 10 minuter unders\u00f6ktes sk\u00e5larna och befanns vara helt oskadda. D\u00e4refter upprepade vi processen \u2013 vi h\u00e4llde i kokande olja och satte tillbaka sk\u00e5larna i frysen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vi utsatte v\u00e5ra rPET-serviser f\u00f6r denna cykel av extrem v\u00e4rme och frysning <strong>fem g\u00e5nger i rad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Resultaten: Inga kompromisser<\/h4>\n<p>Efter fem fullst\u00e4ndiga cykler med intensiva temperaturchocker var v\u00e5rt rPET-servis fortfarande <strong>i gott skick, utan sprickor och helt intakt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Denna h\u00e5llbarhet visar att v\u00e5r tillverkningsprocess resulterar i en produkt som inte bara \u00e4r milj\u00f6v\u00e4nlig utan ocks\u00e5 mekaniskt \u00f6verl\u00e4gsen.
