The Architecture of Circular Economy.
We don't just manufacture tableware. We re-engineer the lifecycle of matter.

Reborn from the Core.

True sustainability should never compromise on quality. That is the founding belief of Reborn Elements.

Born from the industrial heritage of Ripple Source Group, we bridge the gap between precision manufacturing and ecological responsibility. We take what was once discarded—the Ocean Bound Plastic—and transform it into objects of permanence and beauty.

Product Customization Process

1.Needs Communication

The customer clarifies the core customization needs (such as vessel product specifications, requirements for the use of marine recycled materials, and application scenarios). Both parties confirm the details of the needs and material standards.

2.Plan Formulation

Based on the customer’s needs, we integrate the core concept of the materials (rebuilding value from marine recycled materials) to issue an exclusive customization plan, including the delivery cycle and relevant precautions, and send it to the customer for review.

3.Plan Confirmation

The customer reviews the customization plan, focusing on confirming details such as the application of marine recycled materials, puts forward revision opinions, and we quickly adjust and optimize until both parties reach an agreement and confirm the plan.

4.Sample Prototyping

In accordance with the confirmed plan, 1:1 customized samples are made, and relevant details of material traceability are presented simultaneously. After the samples are completed, they are sent to the customer for inspection. After confirming that the samples meet the needs and the core tone of the materials, we enter the mass customization stage.

5.Mass Customization

Taking the confirmed samples as the standard, we select compliant marine recycled materials to start mass production, control the industrial-grade casting process and product quality throughout the process to ensure material consistency and qualified craftsmanship, and synchronously feed back the production progress and relevant information on material traceability to the customer.

6.Delivery and Acceptance

After the customized products are completed, a comprehensive quality inspection is carried out (focusing on testing material compliance and process accuracy). After passing the quality inspection, the products are delivered to the customer in accordance with the agreed method, and a material traceability statement is provided simultaneously. After the customer confirms the acceptance, the closed-loop customization process of “recycled bottle base → customized vessel” is completed.
